These terms cover your use of the Fuar app and the fuar.sayfa.app website. By using them you accept these terms.
The service
Fuar helps you discover trade fairs, trade shows and expos and plan your visits. Fair information comes from official calendars, open data and organizers' own pages. We check it with care, but dates and details can change: the organizer's official information always prevails, so check it before you travel.
Your account
- The app creates an anonymous account for you on first launch. You can protect it with a passkey and are responsible for keeping your devices and passkeys secure.
- You can delete your account at any time as described on the account deletion page.
Your content
Your notes, checklist items, reminders and saved fairs are yours. You only give us permission to store and sync them to provide the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use Fuar for unlawful purposes, in ways that infringe other people's rights, to copy the fair catalogue in bulk with automated tools, or in ways that overload our servers or try to get around their security. We may suspend accounts that seriously breach these terms.
Fuar Pro subscription
Fuar is free to use and has no ads. Fuar Pro is an optional subscription; its features and prices are shown in the app and the store before you buy.
- Purchase and payment: Fuar Pro is bought through Google Play or the App Store, and payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. Prices are shown in the store and may vary by country.
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time in the subscription settings of Google Play or the App Store. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: the store takes the payment, so refund requests go to Google Play or the App Store under their rules. Your rights under consumer law are not affected.
- When Pro ends, nothing is hidden or deleted: your saved fairs, notes, checklists and reminders stay available.
Liability
We build Fuar with care but cannot guarantee that the service is uninterrupted or free of errors, or that every fair takes place as listed. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, travel costs or lost profits. Your rights under consumer law are not affected.
Changes
When we change these terms we update the date on this page. We announce important changes in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
