Delete your account

You can delete your Fuar account at any time. Deleting it removes your data from our servers and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Fuar and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm.

Your account and everything in it are deleted from our servers straight away and removed from the device.

If you can no longer use the app

Fuar accounts have no name, e-mail address or phone number, so an account you can no longer open cannot be linked to you. If you need help, write to [email protected] with the subject “Delete account”.

What is deleted

  • Your anonymous account, its sessions and devices, and your passkeys,
  • your profile settings: language, time zone, country and interests,
  • your saved fairs and their statuses, notes, checklist items and reminders.

What remains, and for how long

  • Copies in server backups: at most 30 days, then deleted automatically.
  • Server logs (IP address and request time, no content): at most 30 days.
  • E-mails you send us about deleting an account: 1 year, to show the request was handled.

Public fair information is not personal data and stays in Fuar. An active Fuar Pro subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account; cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.
